How to place an order?
Placing orders on GreenMart.ae is easy. Just select size, choose quantity as you want and click on add to cart. Once all required products are added into cart, go to your cart by clicking cart sign and double check the products and quantities. Once satisfied by quantities, click on proceed to checkout. provide your address details, select payment method and click on place order. If you have selected online payment than page will be redirected to payment service provider, once payment is done your order will be placed.
How to cancel my order?
Once order is placed, customers are not allowed to cancel their order themselves. However, customers can cancel their order by sending order number for cancellation on info@greenmart.ae or through call or Whtsapp message and our team will cancel your order and process refund if order is placed using online payment.
