How do I place an order?
Choose your products, select any required size or pot option, and add them to your cart. Review quantities, then continue to checkout to enter your delivery details and choose an available payment method. Check the final total before placing your order.
What is included in a plant set?
Our curated plant sets list each included plant and size. These sets use the individual plants in grow or nursery pots; decorative pots and stands are not included. Other bundles may have different contents, so read their individual descriptions.
How do I choose a plant?

How do I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, customers cannot cancel it themselves on the website. Send the order number for cancellation to info@greenmart.ae, or contact us by phone or WhatsApp. Our team will cancel your order and process a refund if it was paid online.
